Please note that under the 2472/97 we keep your personal information in our files and access them according to the law.

Privacy protection

The personal information you provide in your membership are used exclusively by the Rewearit for the execution of your orders. Only our company has access to them.
Furthermore your connection with our online store is a secure connection through encryption (128 bit) by Verisign. This means that all your personal information is absolutely protected .

Delivery time

The time required for the execution of your order is two working days. For orders whose delivery will be made by a transport company or post the usual time required is two to three more days on normal condition.Severe Conditions may delay Shipping company to deliver your order.

The company Rewearit is not responsible for any errors in prices, features or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice.

The transportation of goods is in the responsibility of the customer.

Order cancellation

Your order can be cancelled up to the time of the execution by either a telephone call (+30 694 572 1123) or by email (info@rewearit.gr) indicating the order number and number cancellation. If your order is shipped and you wish to cancel you will be charged the transport (shipping and return) and the products will be returned to the company. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in sealed packages as shipped. 

Money return

If you wish to return your order and get back your money, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your order receipt and on condition that the products are not used and have the original packaging (sealed package). To refund the following applies:

If the payment is made by credit card, the refund* mandate is given directly  from us and the money is credited to your card in 3-5 working days depending on the bank that issued your card.
If the payment has been made in cash at our company store then the money is  refunded*  on return of products on your bank account and it depends on the customer bank usally it takes 1-5 days fom different banks returns.
If the payment is made on delivery the money is refunded* within 10 working days.
* The refund is made after the returned products have been controlled by the personnel of the company and are in the same condition as bought.
